you get awarded points by voting on games that you know WILL win, and not what you think SHOULD, thus creating a bias towards the more popular and kid-oriented games since you know it would get more votes, making the voting system a popularity contest;

besides, it spanned for 14 days for 14 categories which is too long imo, could've been shorter by introducing 2 categories every day

the popularity contest "experiment" completely killed this whole event. atleast the categories and nominees were ok, but most of the prizes were kinda ugly man. hub looked ok as well. not memorable.
