Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all users and is part of the Terms of Service. It covers Supporter purchases, Supporter gifts, event sponsorships, and badger sponsorships on Gunterverse.

How Supporter is billed

Supporter is a one-time payment for permanent access. It is not a recurring subscription, so there is no auto-renewal and nothing to cancel.

Cancellations

Because Supporter does not auto-renew, you will never be billed again automatically and there is no recurring plan to cancel. Stopping use of the platform does not constitute a request for a refund.

Refunds

For eligible card purchases processed through Stripe, we may offer a partial or full refund within the first 7 days of your purchase, at our sole discretion. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not receive a refund.

Robux purchases are final and non-refundable. Gunterverse cannot refund anything purchased through Robux, including Supporter, Supporter gifts, event sponsorships, and badger sponsorships.

A refund will only be considered if all of the following are true:

• The request is made within 7 days of the original purchase.
• The purchase was processed through Stripe, not Robux.
• You provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase, including the order or payment reference from Stripe.
• You provide a clear reason for the request.

All refunds are granted at our sole discretion. We do not accept demanding or abusive ("bullying") refund requests. You are far more likely to be refunded if you are civil.

Gifts

A Supporter gift paid by card may be refunded within the 7-day window only if it has not yet been redeemed or applied to the recipient's account. Once a gift has been applied and the recipient has received permanent Supporter access, the purchase is non-refundable. Refunds for eligible card gifts are issued to the original purchaser.

Supporter gifts purchased through Robux are final and cannot be refunded.

API developer access

Developer access is a one-time purchase for permanent access, billed the same way Supporter is. It is not a subscription: it does not renew and there is nothing to cancel.

Purchases made by card may be refunded within the same 7-day window that applies to Supporter, provided the account has not made substantial use of the developer tier — broadly, that no significant volume of requests has been made against it. Developer access purchased with Robux is final and cannot be refunded.

Because developer access includes Supporter, refunding it also removes the Supporter status that came with it. If you already had Supporter and bought the discounted upgrade, a refund removes only the developer tier and your existing Supporter status is untouched.

Sponsorships

Event sponsorships and badger sponsorships purchased through Robux are final and non-refundable, whether the sponsorship is live immediately or queued to begin after an existing sponsorship ends.

Banner ads

Side-rail banner ads purchased through Robux are final and non-refundable. This includes banners that are never approved and banners that are suspended part-way through their run, whether the suspension follows a report or a moderator's own review.

The period you buy runs from the moment payment completes, not from the moment a banner is approved, so time spent waiting for review counts against the booking. Banner artwork is checked for the required 160x600 size before you are taken to checkout, so a banner cannot be paid for at a size that will not run.

Chargebacks

Disputing or charging back a purchase instead of contacting us will result in permanent termination and a blacklist from using Gunterverse services, and no refund will be given. If you have a problem with a purchase, please reach out to us first.

Payment processing

Card payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. Robux purchases are processed through Roblox and are subject to Roblox's terms and systems. We do not store your full payment details.

How to request a refund

To begin a refund request for an eligible Stripe card purchase, reach out through our community channels with your Roblox username, the reason for your request, and a receipt or order reference from Stripe. We require a Stripe receipt and order reference to process any refund. Robux purchases cannot be refunded.
