Acceptance of Terms

By using Gunterverse you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree you should not use the platform.

Eligibility

You must have a valid Roblox account to use Gunterverse. By signing in you confirm that your Roblox account is in good standing and that you are authorized to use it.

You must comply with the Roblox Terms of Use and Roblox Community Standards while using Gunterverse.

Your Account

Your Gunterverse account is linked to your Roblox account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised you should secure your Roblox account immediately.

Automation and Abuse

Gunterverse is meant to be used by a person, through the site. You agree not to use scripts, bots, macros or any other automated tooling to perform actions on the platform, and not to access it through anything other than the site itself for that purpose.

This does not restrict our read-only API, described below, which exists precisely so that reading our data can be automated. The rule here is about doing things: following, rating, reviewing, commenting and anything else that writes. The API cannot do any of those.

In particular, you agree not to:

• Follow, unfollow, favourite, review, comment, or otherwise interact in bulk or at a rate a person could not reasonably reach by hand
• Send other members unsolicited notifications at volume, whether by automation or by hand
• Inflate achievements, leaderboard standings, counters or any other statistic through automation, repetition, or accounts you control
• Register or use additional accounts to do any of the above, or to evade a suspension
• Interfere with the platform's operation, including by circumventing rate limits or other technical restrictions

We may apply rate limits and other automatic protections, remove any standings or achievements gained this way, and suspend accounts we determine are using automation. Being able to do something the site does not stop is not permission to do it.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on Gunterverse including reviews and lists. By posting content you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content on the platform.

You agree not to post content that:

• Violates Roblox Terms of Use or Community Standards
• Contains hate speech or harassment directed at any person or group
• Includes personal information about other people without their consent
• Is spam or misleading
• Contains illegal content or promotes illegal activities
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains sexually explicit material
• Promotes real-world violence or self-harm

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to ban users who repeatedly violate them.

Messages

Gunterverse lets members send each other private messages. The rules for User Content above apply to messages in full, and the following apply on top of them.

You agree not to use messages to:

• Ask anyone for a password, a one-time code, an email address, payment details or any other sensitive information
• Claim to be Gunterverse staff, or to be writing on behalf of Gunterverse, when you are not
• Imitate a system message, warning, error or notice from Gunterverse or Roblox
• Link to a site that impersonates Gunterverse or Roblox, or that exists to take accounts, items or Robux
• Send unsolicited advertising, or the same message to many people who did not ask for it
• Continue contacting somebody who has blocked you or turned messages off

Gunterverse staff will never ask you for your password or any other sensitive detail, and will never ask you to sign in anywhere except on gunterverse.com. Any message that does is not from us, whatever it looks like. Report it.

Messages you receive can be reported to our moderators. Reporting a message shares that one message with the moderation team so they can act on it; the rest of your inbox is not shared. Moderators may remove a message, and may suspend an account for what it contained.

You can choose who may message you in Settings, from friends only through to everyone or nobody at all. Gunterverse staff and the official Gunterverse account can still write to you whatever you choose, because account warnings, moderation decisions and answers to reports have to be able to reach you.

API Access

Gunterverse offers a read-only HTTP API to members with active Supporter status, and a paid developer tier with higher limits and access to ownership data. Access is granted per account through a token you create yourself, and using it means accepting these terms.

Your token identifies you. You agree to:

• Keep it private. Do not share, publish, sell or embed it where others can read it, including in client-side code. Anything done with your token is treated as done by you.
• Use one account. Do not create additional accounts, or use somebody else's, to obtain more requests than your tier allows.
• Stay within your limits rather than working around them.
• Not resell the data, nor republish it in bulk as a competing dataset or mirror. Building tools, sites and bots on top of it is exactly what it is for.

Some data shown on Gunterverse was provided to us by community members for use on the site and is not ours to redistribute. It is excluded from the API, and attempting to obtain it by other means is a breach of these terms.

The API is read-only and cannot change anything on the site. We may rate limit, cache, change or withdraw endpoints, and we may revoke a token at any time for breach of these terms. Tokens stop working if your access lapses or your account is suspended. Developer access is a one-time purchase and is covered by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

Gunterverse is an independent platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation. Roblox and related trademarks are the property of Roblox Corporation.

Game names and thumbnails displayed on Gunterverse are sourced from the Roblox API and remain the property of their respective creators.

Event cover art and other media uploaded by administrators must be properly licensed or original content.

Supporter Program

The Supporter program is a one-time payment for permanent access that helps fund Gunterverse. It is not a recurring subscription, so it does not auto-renew and there is nothing to cancel. Supporter status grants a badge on your profile and additional perks. Card payments are processed by Stripe; Robux purchases are processed through Roblox. Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, and anything purchased through Robux is final and non-refundable.

Supporter benefits are cosmetic and do not affect platform functionality or content moderation decisions.

Moderation

Our staff may review and moderate user-generated content. We may remove content or ban accounts at our discretion if we determine that a user has violated these terms.

If your account is banned you may lose access to your content and profile.

Disclaimer

Gunterverse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free of errors.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of information sourced from the Roblox API including game statistics and player counts.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law Gunterverse and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Gunterverse after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
