Accepting these terms

By using Gunterverse or the official Gunterverse for Roblox extension, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree you should not use these services.

Eligibility

You must have a valid Roblox account to use Gunterverse. By signing in you confirm that your Roblox account is in good standing and that you are authorized to use it.

You must comply with the Roblox Terms of Use and Roblox Community Standards while using Gunterverse.

Your account

Your Gunterverse account is linked to your Roblox account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised you should secure your Roblox account immediately.

Automation and abuse

Gunterverse is meant to be used by a person through the site or the official Gunterverse for Roblox extension. You agree not to use other scripts, bots, macros or automated tools to perform actions on the platform.

Normal use of the official extension is allowed, including account connection, display settings and badge and item recounts you request. This does not allow you to automate social actions or bypass account restrictions.

This does not restrict our read-only API, described below, which exists precisely so that reading our data can be automated. The rule here is about doing things: following, rating, reviewing, commenting and anything else that writes. The API cannot do any of those.

In particular, you agree not to:

• Follow, unfollow, favourite, review, comment or otherwise interact in bulk or at a rate a person could not reasonably reach by hand
• Send other members unsolicited notifications at volume, whether by automation or by hand
• Inflate achievements, leaderboard standings, counters or any other statistic through automation, repetition or accounts you control
• Register or use additional accounts to do any of the above, or to evade a suspension
• Interfere with the platform's operation, including by circumventing rate limits or other technical restrictions

We may apply rate limits and other automatic protections, remove any standings or achievements gained this way, and suspend accounts we determine are using automation. Being able to do something the site does not stop is not permission to do it.

User content

You retain ownership of content you create on Gunterverse including reviews and lists. By posting content you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content on the platform.

You agree not to post content that:

• Violates Roblox Terms of Use or Community Standards
• Contains hate speech or harassment directed at any person or group
• Includes personal information about other people without their consent
• Is spam or misleading
• Contains illegal content or promotes illegal activities
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains sexually explicit material
• Promotes real-world violence or self-harm

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to ban users who repeatedly violate them.

Messages

Gunterverse lets members send each other private messages. The rules for User content above apply to messages in full, and the following apply on top of them.

You agree not to use messages to:

• Ask anyone for a password, a one-time code, an email address, payment details or any other sensitive information
• Claim to be Gunterverse staff, or to be writing on behalf of Gunterverse, when you are not
• Imitate a system message, warning, error or notice from Gunterverse or Roblox
• Link to a site that impersonates Gunterverse or Roblox, or that exists to take accounts, items or Robux
• Send unsolicited advertising, or the same message to many people who did not ask for it
• Continue contacting somebody who has blocked you or turned messages off

Gunterverse staff will never ask you for your password or any other sensitive detail, and will never ask you to sign in anywhere except on gunterverse.com. Any message that does is not from us, whatever it looks like. Report it.

Messages you receive can be reported to our moderators. Reporting a message shares that one message with the moderation team so they can act on it; the rest of your inbox is not shared. Moderators may remove a message, and may suspend an account for what it contained.

You can choose who may message you in Settings, from friends only through to everyone or nobody at all. Gunterverse staff and the official Gunterverse account can still write to you whatever you choose, because account warnings, moderation decisions and answers to reports have to be able to reach you.

API access

You must not use the developer API or data obtained through it to:

• Create, power or distribute third-party browser extensions for Roblox.
• Create, power or distribute third-party mobile applications, including native apps and website wrappers.

These restrictions apply to direct API access, access through your own backend or a proxy, and cached API data. They do not apply to official Gunterverse mobile apps or the official Gunterverse for Roblox extension.

Gunterverse offers a read-only HTTP API to members with active Supporter status, and a paid developer tier with higher limits and access to ownership data. Access is granted per account through a token you create yourself, and using it means accepting these terms.

Your token identifies you. You agree to:

• Keep it private. Do not share, publish, sell or embed it where others can read it, including in client-side code. Anything done with your token is treated as done by you.
• Use one account. Do not create additional accounts, or use somebody else's, to obtain more requests than your tier allows.
• Stay within your limits rather than working around them.
• Not resell the data, nor republish it in bulk as a competing dataset or mirror. Websites, server-side tools and bots are allowed if they comply with these terms.

Some data shown on Gunterverse was provided to us by community members for use on the site and is not ours to redistribute. It is excluded from the API, and attempting to obtain it by other means is a breach of these terms.

The API is read-only and cannot change anything on the site. We may rate limit, cache, change or withdraw endpoints, and we may revoke a token at any time for breach of these terms. Tokens stop working if your access lapses or your account is suspended. Developer plans are available monthly, quarterly or permanently and are covered by our Refund Policy.

Gunterverse for Roblox extension

The official extension includes free previews, badge and item search and display settings without account connection. Full lists, comparisons, recounts and the other tools labelled Supporter require either an active Gunterverse Supporter membership or the permanent extension perk, and a connected browser using the matching Roblox account. One permanent perk credit can unlock the full extension without granting other Supporter benefits. If membership expires, free features remain available, and the permanent extension perk keeps its full access. See the free limits and Supporter features.

Keep your connection codes private and connect only browsers you control. Do not share or sell your connected access, bypass membership checks or use the extension to copy protected records in bulk. You can disconnect a browser through extension settings or revoke it from your Gunterverse settings.

The extension displays available badge, item and progress records and Roblox ownership results. Owner rankings and acquisition dates may be incomplete and do not represent every Roblox owner. Recounting refreshes records; it does not award items or badges. A lookalike item match compares names and Roblox IDs and does not establish a player's intent.

Changes to Roblox pages or APIs may affect individual features. The Privacy Policy explains the extension's account data, page activity and browser storage. Supporter purchases follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Disconnecting or removing the extension does not cancel a membership subscription.

Intellectual property

Gunterverse is an independent platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation. Roblox and related trademarks are the property of Roblox Corporation.

Game names and thumbnails displayed on Gunterverse are sourced from the Roblox API and remain the property of their respective creators.

Event cover art and other media uploaded by administrators must be properly licensed or original content.

Supporter membership

Supporter helps fund Gunterverse and is available monthly, quarterly or permanently. Monthly and quarterly card plans renew automatically until cancelled. Monthly Robux plans renew through Roblox subscriptions. Quarterly Robux plans are one-time three-month purchases. Permanent access is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Current prices and payment options appear on the Supporter page.

Supporter includes the full tools in the official Roblox extension, badge and item insights, unlimited smart alerts and the other perks listed on that page. Time-limited benefits require an active membership. Individual permanent perk unlocks apply only to the perk purchased. Supporter status does not affect moderation decisions or award Roblox items and badges.

Card payments are processed by Stripe and Robux purchases are processed through Roblox. Purchases, cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Moderation

Our staff may review and moderate user-generated content. We may remove content or ban accounts at our discretion if we determine that a user has violated these terms.

If your account is banned you may lose access to your content and profile.

Disclaimer

Gunterverse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free of errors.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of information sourced from the Roblox API including game statistics and player counts.

Limits on liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law Gunterverse and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Gunterverse after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
