Was pure nothingness, boss battle was unique but genuinely stupid

Mid items and boring event

I Like The Ugcs But The Event Itself No They Made Headless Horseman Brother Look Like A Princess Plus Most Of The Top Leaderboard Are Cube Image.

i didnt bother playing the games they collabed with because i didnt know they actually had quests. i had no idea roblox tricked these unfortunate devs into going all out and making amazing quests that they were never informed were going to be optional. this event was a disaster. i liked their idea of wanting to break out of the formula and try something other than a devhunt, but they misunderstood what people meant when they said they wanted a "single-game event." the avatar contests started out fine until they all morphed into What Decal Can I Rip From The Creator Store. this is most definitely the WORST modern roblox event. prizes look great and the map/bossfight was built very well. the bossfight gameplay? i don't know. i forgot about the bossfight and i never got to do it. but apparently you dress up mannequins which just sounds horrible im sorry

Would've preferred if the costume contest was a BONUS feature rather than the main gimmick. Lobby was cool.

glitched into the final area and got the completion item in 2025. never played the event itself

Whilst an avatar competition is a novel concept and would have been handily accepted for something *within* a greater event, this was not that-- and what it was, was compromised by the actual purpose of the event, which was the advertisement of Roblox's native screenshot sharing system as part of the attempt over the years to have Roblox become a social media system. Disregarding any arguments over good, bad, if the result was achieved; the fact that avatars were judged based on *screenshots* rather than the avatars themselves encouraged a flood of 2D, UGC image-based avatars taken screenies of right up close to the camera, where the avatar couldn't be judged. Categories were taken over by AI cat pictures, monsters, SCPs, etc, or just images of the monsters from the horror games that the screenshot system was attatched to (for some reason), and, predictably, no actual avatars broke into the top 10s of any. Someone's blocky Michael Myers cosplay doesn't really stand a chance against a png of the Russian Sleep Experiment, and so low effort was rewarded.
